You enter via the large wheelhouse offering panoramic views of the river Hamble and the SSSI surroundings. From here you go down the stairway to the main living area.
In the main living area you have an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with excellent head room and lots of natural light. Further forward you have a guest bedroom with the main bathroom and master bedroom aft.
Viewing highly recommended. The residential mooring costs £750 per month and can be transferred.
