Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner.
See "more photos" to view 37 internal and external photos of this vessel. "Zeta" means "Hand Maiden", she is a seaplane tender and served as an airsea rescue boat during World War II. It is believed she also took part in the Dieppe raid with the Canadian forces and D-day invasion. She is a very interesting boat to own, has a lot of history backed up by original documentation. She has been well maintained and remains in her RAF colours and always attracts a lot of attention. She is believed to be the last Brookes marine construction still in commision. Buy now and join the Trafalgar celebrations this summer for the fleet review as well as the festival of the sea. Photographs, analysis and comments by Peter Delbridge of Boatshed Hamble.
