Broker's Comments
A very good example of the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 26. This is the lifting keel design and has a minimum draft of just 0.7m which makes for easy shallow water sailing and possibly cheaper mooring costs too!
With her spacious aft cabin and saloon areas, she provides comfortable accommodation for four adults.
This boat has exceptional capacities for a smaller cruisier. With over 1.80m of standing headroom, an impressive full-width aft cabin with a berth measuring 2m x 1.60m plus a full-size head. The boat design combines great performance characteristics with a comfortable amount of space above and below decks including a lovely wide and open cockpit.
The interior and exterior of the boat shows minimal wear. The engine has been serviced regularly by the owners and has been seen to start and run without issue. She has also been lifted each year over the winter and had a rig check in 2018.
Fitted with tiller steering, the set up is designed for leisurely days in the sun with friends and family but with a mainsail area of 18.5sqm, a standard furling genoa and well-placed winches on each side of the companionway, the Sun Odyssey is also designed to be easily manoeuvred on a social race circuit.
