Broker's Comments
The ever popular motor sailor built in Sweden by the well known boatyard Albin.
The accommodation comprises of a double berth in the forward cabin with the heads to starboard and the galley is to port. The wheelhouse offers protection when the weather is adverse, with high windows and narrow pillars providing good all-round visibility from the bench seat at the helm with a roll-back roof. The covered cockpit has a comfortable seating area for outside dining when the table is up. The aft cabin has 2 separate berths, one currently being used as a store area. The cushion is available so can easily be used as a bunk.
She had a new engine in 2015 that was professional fitted by TS Marine. The engine is very clean, tidy and well maintained.
She has a new sacrificial strip on the jib and all sails and covers have recently been serviced and cleaned. The upholstery is all in good order. She comes with a VHF radio, depth sounder, GPS and compass.
This is a robust vessel offering the ability to dry out on moorings or harbours. The vessel could be used for canal cruising with the mast down.
Owners comments:
We have used her extensively in the solent where she has been a great boat for us to explore the various harbours and creeks in the area.
The aft cabin is perfect for kids and provides them their own separate space/den or it can be used for additional storage space. The main saloon v berth has an in-fill that makes a large comfortable double.
The large high sided safe cockpit is a great space to have lunch in the sun or when the weather is not so good the cockpit cover has kept us dry and out of the wind. With the sides rolled up, the cover makes a perfect sun shade.
We have owned her for over 10 years and have had many really enjoyable weeks and weekends away on her.
