Broker's Comments

Your chance to live aboard a stunningly fitted out boat in a prime spot with all the facilities of a marina.

This Collingwood widebeam canal boat was commissioned and fitted out as a static Houseboat for this mooring. She was built as any other canal boat but has no engine or 12V electrics (although they could be easily installed). The specification was to the highest standard and modern taste.

The galley includes a built-in oven and hob, ceramic sink, large fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The saloon is spacious with built-in TV. Two cabins with the smaller able to be converted into an office for working from home. The bathroom includes a full sized bath with massage power shower above and glass screen. The electric toilet empties into a black water tank which is emptied through a permanently fitted hose.

Fixed utilitied include electricity, water, telephone landline with broadband and TV point.

The Residentaial mooring may be passed over to the buyer for a transfer fee of 7.5% (+VAT) of the purchase price (tbc).
