Broker's Comments
Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this Westerly Konsort. Built by Westerly Yachts which have a well deserved and recognised reputation for providing robustly built boats that provide comfortable accommodation and respectable performance at sea. With recent positive reviews, even 40 years on!
The Konsort was built to provide an option greater in size than the 26' Centaur, but under 30'. The model became popular, even rivalling the larger Berwick and Longbow and became only second in sales numbers to the Centaur.
With a spacious interior, great space on deck and a large deep cockpit, this provides an ideal opportunity for those developing sailing skills, for families, or single handed cruising.
This version has a recent engine installed, the full standing rigging renewed and a full professional rewiring completed. This boat would be suitable for somebody looking for a comfortable, sea-kindly cruiser.
If you would like to know more or to arrange a personal viewing then please contact a member of our Boatshed Essex team and we would be pleased to help.
