She may not be taken by sea
Stored ashore at Brighton for easy inspection!
Needs attention, but is free to the right person and must leave the marina, though the marina may consider extending her stay whilst work takes place! Please do not ask if there are any extenuating circumstances which means she can stay - she can't!
The hull requires a huge amount of investment, following recent survey, plus it was damaged during the survey lift, hence the give-away price. She may be able to stay where she is for repairs and relaunch, but this will take considerable time, skill and investment. We can put you in touch with the surveyor, who may sell you the hull survey privately. The surveyor advised that she should not be relaunch without repair first.
From first glance this very large, bright Monaco 45 vessel impressed me with its spacious and well lit accommodation. It really does feel bright, airy and homely.
I can imagine working in the cockpit with the 4 aspect windows and making my way down below deck to make a coffee in the abundance of light that reaches the galley and saloon. It feels bigger than some flats with the same facilities.
This boat MUST leave Brighton Marina.
