Broker's Comments
An absolutely lovely Elysian 27 ready for the coming season!
The condition of this boat is a credit to the current vendors! The clean, dry, tidy and general condition is well worth a viewing and will not disappoint the new owner.
There is a current BSC until approx July 2026.
The cockpit canopy is like new and the side decks and foredeck has been recently been surface reconditioned.
A really comfortable cockpit seating area offers a very sociable area for dining, as does the saloon, and the galley contains both a gas cooker and an electric cooker/toaster!
Warm air heating will ensure comfortable living temperature.
All in all, this is a really "too good to miss boat"!
A V berth forward cabin with a fill in to create a double berth as well as the saloon berth double will offer comfortable nights for four!
I am very impressed with the head linings as I have never seen the like before and combined with LED lighting, is very effective!
Early viewing is recommended!!
