Access to the interior by both side sliding doors to the salon with interior helm position on port side. The interior is bright and cosy, with panel in clear varnished wood and a lot of light thanks to the double glazed windows.
Two steps to the aft area, leading to the owner’s cabin, central double berth (140 x190), ensuite spacious shower and washbasin and separate heads in the corridor on port side.
Coming back to the saloon, we access the galley and dinette area. On port side, 4 gas burner cooker, sink, 12V refrigerator with freezing compartment. Opposite the dinette could be transformed into an occasional berth (130x190). Forward is the V berth space (75x180 each single).
Headroom in the boat is 1.95 everywhere.
Hot water is produced either by the Eberspächer heater, or the electric water heater (50l capacity) on shore power or engine when cruising.

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France.
Boatshed Paris is happy to propose this 11m long motor cruiser built in 1998. Located in a North Ile de France border of Hauts de France region, the mooring could be transferrable by request to the manager of the port.
A last survey was carried out in 2019. Four new anodes were changed at the time of survey and the antifouling was done too.
A nice Dutch cruiser, ideal for a couple. Bright but cosy interior, it seems that she was well maintained by a conscientious owner.
