Broker's Comments

This 40ft Dutch Barge comes with a fully transferable residential mooring at Willowtree Marina, west London.

Arranged with the galley in the wheelhouse, there is a good size saloon, heads and forward cabin. Currently arranged with a single berth, the cabin could easily be modified to create a fixed double.

The simple heads has a cartridge toilet and shower, but there are brand new facilities on shore, so the current owner prefers not to use the onboard facilities.

The vessel was last out of the water in 2021 for blacking.

The current mooring fees are circa £7,600 per annum. The BBS expires in March 2029.

Please note, there is a 2.5% fee for the transfer of the mooring, payable to the marina management.
