Boatshed London are delighted to offer this attractive 26m Dutch Barge for sale. Surveyed in September 2019, this large barge would make an ideal floating home for a family with two cabins and the potential for a third to be added.
The hull had extensive works carried out in 2012 costing €22,000 and with the survey in 2019 showing it to be in good condition below the waterline, you can buy in confidence that she has been well maintained.
This barge has an extremely wide beam at 6m which means there is over 1,500sq ft of space with a large living area at the heart of the boat. The two cabins are both located in the bow and the stern area has the potential to be a large, third cabin. This room is insulated but requires lining.
The barge has a current mooring license at Cadogan Pier until 2022 which could be renewed after a sale at additional cost.
