Broker's Comments
The Contest 29 is built by Conyplex of Holland who are a well respected builder of sturdy yachts that have good seakeeping qualities. She has been re-engined with a Beta Marine 20hp engine. She is a boat that is easy to handle under sail or motor.
Internally she has 4 berths, 2 forward and 2 in the main saloon. the heads are located to starboard with a hanging locker opposite. In the main saloon the galley is to port with a chart table opposite.
She requires a little work to re-commission her, the mast and tabernacle need refitting although if you wished to transport her by road she is ready to go, and a new engine sea cock is required.
She comes with a set of telescopic beaching legs to enable her to dry out in harbours and therefore she is offered at a competitive price of £3,950.
