The photos show the clipper navtex & gas alarm fitted, neither of which are currently functional. Entire gas system replaced and re-certified so it is all brand new.
iPad on board for photos but it will not be included in the sale. The bracket it hangs on can be included. It is a really good system for nav.
There is an AIS transponder on board. It has a wifi network which is read by the iPad to show nearby ships.

A good tidy example of the popular Contessa 28. She has recent sails standing rigging 2021 and an engine fitted 2014. The topsides were freshly repainted in March 2025.
The Contessa's have a great reputation for seaworthiness and capability whether racing or cruising. She offers comfortable accommodation with forward cabin double berth and two sizeable saloon berths, galley, decent heads and spacious cockpit.
