The boat is highly functional and very well maintained by this owner. Major things like the engine, waterline, hull, deck and sails are all well maintained and recently refurbished and appear to have no issues. The condition of the sale is based on your assessment by survey and sea trial.
The boat is selling at a great deal, also comes with an outboard and a dinghy. For the brand, size and condition it is definitely worth the investment.
