Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this very tidy example of the Broom 35 European cruiser.

The boat has only recently been bought and transported to Norfolk by her current owner with the idea of spending extended time aboard. However, sadly, he has now been diagnosed with a serious medical condition which cirtails any boating opportunities so he is selling this lovely boat.

She is a typical Broom European with a folding screen to manage European waterway bridge clearances and the current owner set about making her a comfortable place to spend extended time afloat with engine service, new carpets and upholstery, prop shaft and prop shaft bearings, modern gas, digital water heater and 6kw Eberspaecher heating. Solar panels are aboard ready to fit but alas have not been and will not be as he is now selling her.

She needs an external clean as he is no longer able to easily do so but she is all there and, as recently serviced, appears to start and run very nicely.

She had a full purchase survey in Feb 2025 and has a current Boat Safety Certificate. She has a large froward double / twin cabin with all new upholstery and storage. This is the standard Broom two heads layout both with holding tanks and one with shower.
The canopy was new in 2024
The galley down layout is compact and practical with full size cooker, fridge, microwave and plenty of storage. The large saloon converts to a double berth when required and has twin sliding doors to the side decks and again all new upholstery. Well made quality teak storage solutions are also along the port side as is the lower helm station. After is a large full width cabin with L shaped sofas / sleeping arrangements and the second large heads compartment and good storage.

She has shorepower. The flybridge area is large and comfortable and has twin relaxer chairs and table and a further L shape storage and seating area and the upper helm station. Access to the wide, safe and fully guard railed side decks is easy.

This is a very capable and spacious vessel that has had a recent survey and improvements and offers a lot of living space and comfort, and Broom build quality.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
In the video I mention that she has perkins turbo engines. this is incorrect that are non turbo 6354
