Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk (www.boatshed.com) are pleased to offer this just off hire Broom 29 sedan cruiser.

These are stylish and comfortable boats that have a lot to offer the discerning couple. They look fresh and modern and have the very nice and useful aft sitting area and bathing platform with transom gate for easy access.

The large fold-back aft doors clip into the open position opening up the whole cockpit to the aft deck. The helm station to port is comfortable and offers great views all around as does the navigator's seat to starboard. Above this airy cockpit is a large sliding roof which really adds to the feeling of space.

Heading down the companionway into the boat we have the excellent galley to port with the main convertible saloon with comfortable seating opposite. The good sized heads compartment is also to port and has a toilet to holding tank and a large shower space.

The full size offset double is in the forward cabin and this also has ample hanging storage and is an excellent sized cabin.

The boat has heating, TV and an inverter fitted.

Upon sale the boat will go through a full systems check to ensure she is all in full working order. She will have a min 1 year Boat Safety Certificate. If currently less that a year remaining a fresh Certificate will placed on the vessel for the new owner.

These are wonderful boats for couples with a dash of panache and this example is very well presented and represents an excellent opportunity to obtain a Broom 29.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
