Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Collingwood 60ft x 12ft wide beam for sale.

Built in 2018, this is a fantastic floating family home which maximises space, light and comfort. It is a custom fit out from owners who are both designers and really knew what they were doing.

A thoughtful layout means you have two good sized cabins, both large enough for king-sized beds. There is a bathroom with full sized bath, and the main living area and galley has plenty of space for sofas and a dining table. This smart flexible layout, with hidden storage throughout, makes it a very liveable space.

Everywhere you turn there are details that set this above the standard boat you would buy from Collingwood (and you won’t have to deal with their after sales service). Every material is superior and built to last, with bespoke oak window frames, worktops and hardwood flooring. Throughout are top quality appliances including a unique wall-mounted washing machine. The internal walls are insulated and thicker than usual meaning sound doesn’t travel like it might do on other boats.

As well as being flooded with natural light, there are loads of LEDs throughout the boat making it bright at any time. These are all dimmable, which is another example of the attention to detail which can only come when a space is built as a beloved home.

The boat is perfectly set up for cruising with 4 x 245W solar panels (and two spare), an enormous water capacity, Webasto central heating and a Victron 3000W inverter. The engine has very low hours on it and is fitted with wheel steering and a Vetus bowthruster. It also has a bespoke, high quality, pram cover for the cockpit. This is invaluable as a liveaboard as it offers increased storage and privacy, as well as an extra space to enjoy, even in the winter.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
