Broker's Comments

Rescued and restored over the last two years, this South Coast One Design Yacht is neat, tidy and dry.

The inside has been completely repainted. The woodwork has been taken right back, the windows have all been replaced, the decks have been sheathed and finished with green non slip, and all in all, she's a little home from home and looking pretty.

Designed to be a seaworthy, fast yacht with good cruising accommodation at an affordable price for all, these vessels were very successful in their day. Over 100 of these little yachts with a big heart were built and some of the most sought after were built at Burnes of Bosham including this example 'No 25'.

They are still very popular today with a large following and a good owners club. Look at their website for excellent sailing tips. The South Coast One Design provides a safe, swift and seaworthy starter yacht for beginners & total SCOD enthusiasts.

The owners are now looking for a bigger yacht and would like to see her go to a good home.
