		<title>Honey Bee 27 REF#351441</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 57 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauThis yacht is a charming and increasingly rare example of the Honey Bee 27, a classic long-keel cruising yacht designed by A.K. Balfour and built in Rostock. With her elegant traditional lines, proven sea-keeping qualities and extensive ownership history, she represents an opportunity to acquire a genuine cruising classic that has been cared for by knowledgeable owners throughout her life.
The current owner purchased her in 2008 and has enjoyed nearly two decades of sailing and maintaining her on the Clyde. During this period she has been cruised extensively, including three voyages to the Outer Hebrides, where she proved herself a capable and dependable boat in the demanding conditions of Scotland&#039;s West Coast. Her owner reports that she performs exceptionally well in heavier weather, which is very much in keeping with the reputation of these solid long-keel yachts. Previous owners also undertook Channel crossings and cruises to the Channel Islands, demonstrating the confidence that this design has inspired over the years.
Particularly impressive is the level of documentation and maintenance history that accompanies the boat. The owner holds invoices stretching back beyond his own period of ownership, providing an unusually comprehensive record of ongoing care and investment. Since arriving on the Clyde, She has spent many winters in indoor storage and has benefited from regular professional attention.
The mahogany-on-oak hull has been maintained over many years by the respected team at Fairlie Boatbuilders. Significant works have included replacement of the transom, together with ongoing structural maintenance as required. The hull has been recently painted to a very high standard and presents extremely well. The original iroko deck remains in place and, while there are a few leaks, this is not unusual for a traditional wooden yacht of this age and should be viewed in the context of owning a classic timber vessel.
Power is provided by a Volvo Penta MD11D 25hp diesel engine with an exceptional maintenance history. The engine was rebuilt by Volvo Marine, with further overhauls and upgrades carried out throughout its life, including a full top-end overhaul in 2008. Annual servicing has been undertaken by an experienced former Volvo Penta engineer, and most recently the engine received a professional service in 2026, including filter changes, adjustments, new cold-start cable installation and electrical improvements. The owner comments that the engine has never let him down during his ownership.
The sailing inventory is another notable feature. The boat benefits from a recent Hyde mainsail, a Hyde furling headsail, genoa, storm jib, cruising chute with snuffer and a spinnaker complete with pole and gear. The sails are reported to be in excellent condition and are stored below when not in use. Standing rigging was renewed in 2023, offering peace of mind for future cruising plans.
On deck, she is equipped for comfortable cruising with sprayhood, spray dodgers, boom tent, full-length cotton deck cover, swim ladder, anchors, extensive mooring warps and fendering, together with numerous practical extras accumulated during years of active cruising. The Selden boom was replaced approximately ten years ago and the mast is aluminium and deck-stepped.
Below decks, accommodation is simple, practical and full of traditional character. With four berths, good headroom, a two-burner gas cooker with grill, manual water system, sizeable freshwater tank and a selection of galley equipment included, she offers comfortable accommodation for weekends away and extended coastal cruising alike.
What stands out most about her is that she has not been a neglected project or static exhibit. She has been actively cruised, carefully maintained and regularly upgraded by owners who clearly appreciated her qualities. For anyone seeking a capable wooden cruising yacht with proven West Coast credentials, documented maintenance history and timeless classic appeal, this Honey Bee 27 deserves serious consideration. Boats with this level of provenance and long-term care rarely become available, and viewing is highly recommended to appreciate everything she has to offer.

		<title>Hunter Legend 306 REF#351417</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 71 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauHunter Legends are popular in the USA and are becoming more popular in Europe and the UK.
The modern yachtsman and family appreciate the easy sail handling of the Hunter Legend 306 with her furling headsail and stacker pack for the main. All lines are led back to the cockpit and the mainsail track is overhead making it much safer whilst sailing, plus you have the extra room in the unobstructed cockpit.
The large sprayhood and cockpit cover protect you from inclement weather and the bathing platform enables ease of access on and off the boat, whether by foot or by dinghy.
The accommodation is surprisingly good for a boat of this length. She has a forward double cabin and there are 2 settee berths in the main saloon around a large cabin table. There is also a large comfortable double aft cabin. The galley is to port with the chart table opposite and the heads also has a shower.
The boat has had various upgrades including standing rigging being replaced in 2023, putting her ahead of many similar boats of her age.
If you are in the market for a safe family cruiser book an appointment to view.

		<title>Beneteau First 210 Spirit REF#351414</title>
<description>Inscrivez vous pour voir 55 photos supplémentaires de ce bateauThe Beneteau First 210 Spirit is a well-regarded pocket cruiser/racer, offering lively sailing performance in a manageable and versatile package.

Designed by Groupe Finot, her lifting swing keel and twin rudders provide shallow water capability while retaining rewarding sailing characteristics. Equally suited to coastal cruising, club racing or family sailing and can be sailed short-handed with all lines led aft.

This 1997 example appears to have benefited from considerable recent investment. A new Crusader mainsail and furling genoa were supplied in 2023, together with a stack pack, lazy jacks and tiller cover. The additional sail inventory includes a storm jib, storm mainsail and two spinnakers. Standing and running rigging, the gooseneck and Furlex furling system are stated to have been replaced in 2021.

Auxiliary power is provided by a new 2026 Tohatsu MFS6 SailPro ultra-long-shaft outboard with alternator and manufacturer’s warranty. The navigation and electrical equipment includes a 12-volt battery, speed and depth log, compass and VHF radio.

Below decks, the accommodation is practical for a yacht of this size, with a forward V-berth and two quarter berths providing sleeping space for up to four. The interior is described as dry and spacious for her size, with blue and white striped upholstery. Her inventory also includes two anchors, eight fenders, mooring lines and a sail cover.

Further recent work is stated to include professional antifouling in 2025, servicing of the electrical system and the supply of new keel bearings. A substantial paperwork history is also available, including manuals and original build receipts. She is currently afloat and ready for the season.

In our opinion, this is a particularly appealing example of the First 210 Spirit, with several of the more costly items already renewed. She should attract buyers looking for a fun, easily handled sailing boat with shallow-draft capability and a strong recent inventory.
