Spacious wheelhouse with 2 side door accesses (7,15m2). The roof is mounted on hydraulic system for navigations. The windows and screen are removed and the bimini is supported by the hydraulic legs to enable to lower the bimini before going under the low bridges. Same for the terrace sun protection (on hydraulic masts to allow the structure to go down before a bridge).
Central wheel with chain connected to the 2 rudders.
A metallic door has been added to the companionway with a manual windlass. It allows the interior to be secured while the boat is shutdown.

Charter barge, Hotel barge B&B barge nicely furbished with quality finishes. Confortable 3 cabin guests barge, still running as a business, for 12 persons max. The Certificat Communautaire (triwv) has been renewed until march 2025 and the business can be continue or not as a new owner wishes.

The business can be taken over (3 years accounts available), or the vessel would make a grand floating cruising home. The present mooring may be transferrable, and includes a car park, a garden access to the boat, the electric connexion.
Ideally situated on the canal du midi banks in a quiet environnement away from the cities but also near the amenities . Only 5min from Carcassonne and its famous old city, 5 min from its airport or 10 from the train station, all the shopping area within 10min drive. 1 hour from Toulouse and its international airport, 10 min from doctors, school etc..
1 hour from Montpellier.

Boat sold fully equipped, with the exception of personal belongings and a few furnitures (chesterfields & coffee tables are not included).
